All GravaStar products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that may occur. It applies only to the original end-user or the person who received the product as a gift and is not transferable to any other person or assignee.
This limited warranty does not cover loss, wear and tear, accidents, or damage or defects caused by improper use/abuse, modification, or negligence (including, but not limited to, exposure to chemicals, corrosive substances, open flames, high temperatures, and sharp objects). Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or adjustments to the product will void the warranty.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect and you discover it within 7 days, we will gladly replace it free of charge. If the period is longer than 7 days, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please contact customer service at service@gravastar.com with a brief description of the problem and a picture of the defect so we can assist you further.
If you discover any problems with the products during use, you can return or exchange them free of charge within 7 days. If the products have been used for more than 7 days, the free return policy is no longer valid. We can only offer an exchange if the products are under warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, the shipping costs for the replacement product shall be borne by the customer.
