We ship all GravaStar products worldwide. Below you'll find shipping information for your region.

Shipping costs are charged when ordering

EU

For orders within the EU, products will be shipped from our warehouses within 3-5 business days of ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order.

Some products ship within 2 days from Hong Kong.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders usually take 7-20 business days for delivery.

It is your responsibility to cover the costs if your package is subject to import duties or additional local taxes.

RETURNS

We want you to love your GravaStar product. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package, provided the packaging is unopened and the products have not been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We only accept returns of products in their original packaging, unopened, and with the seal intact. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. If your product is defective, please visit our warranty page to learn more.

If you discover any problems with the products during use, you can return or exchange them free of charge within 7 days. If the products have been used for more than 7 days, free returns are not possible. We only offer exchanges if the products are still under warranty.

Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

GravaStar is not responsible for damaged or lost items during transit. Any claims should be submitted to the respective shipping carrier.
