Return conditions
We offer a 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The packaging must be unopened, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may either refuse the return or accept a return with a non-refundable deduction from the refund amount. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above conditions, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the item was shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The packaging must be unopened, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
