Return conditions
We offer a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The packaging must be unopened, all labels must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
If the product has been damaged by improper use by the customer or has been opened and used by the consumer so that it can no longer be resold as new, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to make a non-refundable deduction from the refund amount.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required for a return.

Please contact us to submit a return request and receive the detailed return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how to ship your package correctly. Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned without a prior formal return request.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
