Return conditions
We offer a 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The packaging must be unopened, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may either refuse the return or accept a return with a non-refundable deduction from the refund amount. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us to submit a return request and obtain the detailed return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how to ship your package correctly. Please note: Shipping costs are at your own expense. Items returned to us without a prior formal return request cannot be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, your refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
